Estes Rockets -Little Joe 1 - Advanced Build

The Little Joebooster was the first rocket designed solely for manned spacecraftqualifications and to measure critical parameters at higher altitudes. TheEstes 1/34th scale Little Joe stands almost 18 inches tall and launches to 400feet on a C6-5 engine. Other features include a plastic Mercurycapsule and engine nozzles, precision laser cut balsa and printed card-stockfins, high quality waterslide decals and a colorful 15 inch parachute for“safe reentry.”

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUILD:

Scissors,pencil, ruler, fine sandpaper, carpenter’s glue, plastic cement, sanding block,hobby knife, masking tape, primer (white), paint (bright orange, dark gray,red, silver) and clear coat (optional). (Tools, construction and finishingsupplies not included.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO LAUNCH (available to purchase seperately)

Estes Porta-PadII Launch Pad and Electron Beam Launch Controller, Estes model rocketengines, starters and recovery wadding. Four 1.5V high qualityAA alkaline batteries are also required for launch controller (not included).
