Shipping:
Our standard shipping methods are Purolator, UPS, Canada Post and CanPar.

Returns:
Any returns that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All special orders are not returnable.
All returned products must be unopened and in it’s original packaging.
No returns on any opened electronics or with no receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All items must be returned within 15 days of original invoice date.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Warranty Returns:
All warranty and product replacement issues are handled through the manufacturer of the product, unless stated by the manufacturer to return to us.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
RC Pitstop will assist with forwarding warranty items to the manufacturer upon request, however, consumer remains responsible for all shipping charges and or repair costs related to the product if required.

Defective Returns:
Defective items are classed as a new product that is faulty, damaged, or broken from new in the box. This does not apply to product that has been broken or damaged during its first or subsequent use. RC Pitstop will examine product on a per item basis and replace if authorized by manufacturer. If the product in question has been found to be used, it will fall under the Warranty Returns Policy.
